Our company has set itself the goal of continuous development and new technological investments, so that we can serve our customers quickly, with excellent quality, and with a wider range of products.
We purchased a new automatic bending machine, which can process lines from 1.5 pt 12 mm to -3 pt 32 mm (holding point, perforating, combi, broaching).
We put a laser cutter into operation.
We purchased a versatile, automatic bending and cutting CNC machine, which can process lines up to 20-60 mm in height (broaching, producing combi lines and knock-out elements).
We created two new CAD design workstations with modern software.
We modernized our existing computers.
We transformed and expanded the production hall.
We have completely renovated our Gerber Profile CNC milling machine for making breakouts.
We have purchased new tire design and optimization software.
Our 2013 and 2014 years brought so many new things that we couldn’t help but be in a hurry. We didn’t even have time to celebrate the arrival of a machine, because we had to concentrate on training and commissioning another one. Of course, these are nice burdens. The machines make the work processes so much easier and faster that one of our colleagues said: »I almost cried with joy when I experienced how much easier it is to work with this machine!« It’s a good thing that the structure of the plant is such that by moving the walls here and there, we can find a suitable place for all our machines.
