This year, the panels were cut using three stand-mounted jigsaws.
I was in elementary school when my father started his business. I helped him from the beginning and slowly learned how to make die-cut tools. I tried bending, sawing, and cutting. By the age of ten, I was designing and making complex toys out of plywood, as well as making smaller tools. At that time, I often said that one day I wanted to be the boss. I purposefully applied to art school – where I earned a degree in applied graphics – so that I could use the knowledge I had acquired there in the company. Since then, I have learned all the processes of die-cut tool making, and I am currently the plant manager in the company.
