In 2016, we put into operation our new, Swiss-made, water jet cutter, which allows us to cut the ejector rubbers into an optimized, fast shape.
With this machine, we undertake the contract cutting of foams, sponges, and rubbers up to 50mm thick.
In the same year, we purchased a European-made CNC line processing machine, which is suitable for processing lines with a height of 12-32 mm.
Since we received the new water cutter (Rubbermate), rubber cutting has become much faster and more precise. We are more efficient, as it makes our work easier and faster.
With this successful application, not only our company, but also we, the employees, are developing and learning.
The tools have become more aesthetically pleasing.
